#Mindfulness and life
So I'm an avid gamer and got a new game recently and also been having a bad fibromyalgia flare so been using that to cope. Today I'm at the gym and all I want to do is game but this is a time for self care and mindfulness. I have to remind myself of that and remind myself not to push myself too much today for the flare doesn't get worse or start up again. I'm trying to stay positive and let myself know the gaming is okay and my coping mechanism.
I need to remind myself that not working out fully is okay and if I can't today and just use the hot tub/pool/steam room etc. that it's okay. Today is a day of mindfulness.
Any tips for the fibromyalgia and gym and anxiety?

Animal Crossing Weekend!
Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 2.0 is out this weekend, alongside its first (and last) DLC! Who else is jumping back in? This game was a lifesaver during the early days of #COVID19 . Things are still pretty rough right now in lots of ways, so it's a nice comfort to be able to return to my island of Witchhaven and see my animal friends again. ❤️

I found this really good game available for free in the Google play store. It's called play together. You join up with others in a virtual world and I've found the majority of people seem genuinely kind. You can do mini games, raise pets, drive vehicles, hold house parties, do missions, fish, and lots more. It's really helped me cope with my pain and fatigue during the day, I reccomend it.
