Eat Your Veggies!

When I decided to approach food as medicine to help manage my symptoms I wasn’t super sure where to start, so I subscribed to a weekly produce delivery service and did my best to eat all of the produce I got. I started to feel better within 5 weeks!

Day 5: This coot lost his piece of bread... #ADHD #EatingHealthy

I guess a quick fish was swimming beneath him. One moment he looked like he was playing with his good. Next moment he cried out. I didn't see the bread anymore.

My healthy meals for this week are almost gone. My blood sugar level is steadily dropping. But the hard part come now. I need to keep this up on my own in the weekend. Let's see if I can make it through this weekend.
