Leukopenia

For the past 2-3 days I’ve been feeling a little different. I still have the same joint pains and symptoms that I’ve been dealing with for months, but something just doesn’t feel right. It’s to the point that I want to go to the hospital, but I don’t know what to tell them when they ask why I’m there. I can’t explain how I’ve been feeling. I’ve had several deficiencies in the past months (vitamin d, potassium, sodium, etc.), so maybe that’s what it could be? If I have a new deficiency, that could be why I feel off.
A main thing I can point out is my hands have been nonstop ice cold. The rest of my body can be warm, but my hands will be freezing, which has been causing my joints to hurt more. I’m always either too hot or too cold, but my hands always match the rest of my body... I also feel like I’m getting sick (off and on scratchy throat and ears popping).
Could it be the leukopenia? Should I go to the hospital? Anyone had a similar experience?
