I was given a new support worker today. She was older and very nice. I liked her and i did feel comfortable around her. So yeah sometimes things do work out. So i had a good day. I just feel very tired. It was such a beautiful sunny fall day here. Warm for Nov.

They did not say anything about the other worker and i did not ask anything. So im not sure if she was let go/ talked to. (I would think so) Or maybe just got different hours. Anyways All the best to her.

Today at the store, i think i saw someone i knew from my past. I did catch on to that till i left the store. I honestly don't remmeber the persons name. Maybe they knew who i was. Or they thought maybe i didn't remmeber. They never said anything either. I just hate how you can't remmeber.

all my friends are gone, my husband told me a year ago he doesn’t like me, but, he does Love me. I feel so alone, and my Birthday is tomorrow . I am trying so hard to be brave, today I don’t feel brave. I FEEL LIKE A LOOSER.

Finally got some sleep last night! Feeling really groggy today though. I think I’m coming down from a manic episode.

Just remember though: emotions come and go in waves and we will get through them. We just gotta learn how to swim!
