Life isn't easy for we going through lot's of issues but then we have to come out strong #strengthforever

I realized I have small communities that help me. Today and for a few days I've been in a very dark place and thought about ending my life to stop all the negative things from repeating yelling at me on loop. But I reached out and I was reeled back onto my path. I am fine for the most part. I'm stable enough to know that I'm cared for and loved. I just need to hold onto these things. I do fear the darkness within me and though I feel like I'm flying this plane solo because I dont have a therapist nor do I take meds I do know I am strong enough to get through it one day at a time. My home environment doesn't help me it makes it worse but I still keep fighting. #strengthforever #Depression #SuicidalThoughts #holdingstrong
