Swimming 🏊♂️
Went swimming, did 42 widths which was about 17 lengths of a 25m pool. Was really anxious before especially as not been to this pool before. It was worth it - so tired! #Anxiety #Swimming #exerciseastherapy

I have a very mild cerebral palsy. Recently in the last year or two I’ve started having horrible, uncomfortable, uncontrollable muscle spasms. With medicine and Botox injections every three months it’s better. But nothing helps more than getting in a pool and relaxing for a bit. It relaxes both my arm and leg and I genuinely just feel better after. Does anyone else feel the same?
