Making my own rules #Selfcare

I took a bubble bath in the middle of the day today! I have this internalized "rule" that bubble baths are for evenings only, but I knew I wouldn't have time for a relaxing bath this evening. So, I made my own rule and it was wonderful.

Self Care Friday’s

What are some of your favorite things to do to wind down after a long week?

Here are some of mine!

- long relaxing bubble baths
- face masks
- burning my favorite candle/putting my favorite oil in my essential oil diffuser before bed
- listening to some relaxing music while doing yoga
- watching new shows/movies

Doing these things are extremely important to me and my mental, emotional and physical health. It helps reduce the tightness in my chest, the anxiety, depression, soreness of muscles and even the overwhelming thoughts and feelings that I have.
