my rheumatologist diagnosed me with it, but didn’t give me any ideas as to where to go from here. The doctor who did my EMG & nerve conduction study seemed much more nervous about it than my rheum does. Since it’s causing me a lot of pain, weakness, numbness &
tingling, I’d love to know what I can do to help make it better. Thanks!!

I’m terrified of needles, not as bad as some, but I panic when I see them and have to look away and talk myself down from panic attacks. My body tends to make pain feel different too, so I’m worried about the pain aspect and just want to know how bad it really is. How clear are the results too? Do they point out certain conditions? Or just what do the results look like?

On Friday, I am getting an EMG. I'm nervous about it.
