Hey everyone,
I am in the worst flare up of my life, codeine or cocodamol is not working, it feels like when i take it the pain increases dramatically to push past the medication or something, any things anyone has tried that provides relief asap? , I haven't slept in three days and am seeing vivid hullucinations and SEVERE mood and personality changes, i use ice packs, cold showers, hot water bottles, i cant use the tens machine anymore as instead of helping it sends off pain signals 20/10. Preferably on amazon or ebay but willing to try anything at this point. Suggestions please, my gp got my bloods back said nothing there is causing it so said neurology will be contacted any my appointment soon. Hello everyone, I need some advice as I’m feeling lost right now, I’ll do a sum up as it’ll take me to long to write it all but I’ve been having an on going undiagnosed health issue for just over 2 years now, no answers, my scans won’t seem to show much and even when they do doctors don’t bat an eyelid. I’ve had severe pain in my chest region, armpit, arm and shoulder blade all being sore to touch, severely painful and burning I’ve had the appropriate scans to rule out serious causes but nothing shows, any other tests and scans that could prove useful my doctors won’t do, my life is a misery and it’s fallen apart I’m nothing anymore, I’ve lost myself but the question I wanted to ask is about 2 weeks ago I lost sensation in my entire body besides my face, I went to sleep woke up with this full body numbness that won’t go away, I went to the hospital and my dr and I’m being referred to a neurologist the wait is unbearable because it won’t calm down, my hands I can barely move and my finger tips are tingling, my whole body is unable to do much due to it, I just wondered if anyone else had similar symptoms or have any idea of what could be going on, I have some knowledge but it’s nice to hear from others it’s a scary place to be, I just want to be better :( my son needs his mum. #Undiagnosed #chronic #Worried #numbness #Nerves

I had an anxiety attack last Thursday and after the weekend I started experiencing pain in my right arm. It hurts a lot I think it is the nerve or muscles I am trying to get a doctor's appointment but the whole pandemic is hard to get one fast.

So tomorrow is over the phone consultation with my local mental health team, its only taken 10months to be seen... (spoken too ) and my head is buzzing,stomach is in knots, fear im going to mess the whole thing up, fear of having to dig the past all up again,having to admit im worse now than i was 10months ago. 28years of emotion feelings thoughts fears and self sabotagge habbits to get through 🙄😳🙈🙈

I got acupuncture twice about a month ago to help with my back pain and it worked really well for a little! However, unfortunately, I now have extreme pain in 2 toes on each foot following the acupuncture (he placed the needles in the top of my feet)
has anyone experienced anything like this before? if not, does anyone have any tips on how to deal with nerve pain?
