It’s a Good Day #luck

Today I woke up feeling good. I made myself gorgeous as always! I logged into work and on my 15min walk I came across a feather! I’m very attracted to birds so I knew this was a sign from the divine that despite my mental status and my circumstances things are going to be better soon! I’ve worked hard and I deserve all great things coming my way! Plus last night I prayed a little longer! 😌🙏🏽🙌🏽
To those who are feeling low I pray you keep going! I pray you find something to hold on to! Not everyday for me is good so today I choose to embrace this feeling!

Good luck 🍀

This was found at a local park a few years ago; it has served as a bookmark ever since. Some say that a 4-leaf clover is lucky. I'm not sure if I really believe in luck or not. I lost my younger brother to #hplhs and I miss him everyday. we were separated at a young age due to abusive parents. he died when he was 11 and no one told me. I found out from a timed hopped post on Facebook. when I confronted the “family” member that was caring for him they shamed me for “missing the chance” to get to know him. it makes me so sad. I know it wasn’t my fault I missed my chance. I was getting abused and running away from our parents. I didn’t know he was going to die... anyway, sorry if I said too much. I know people on this thread are actually still fighting the condition. I wish the best of luck to all of you and your loved ones living with HPLHS.

It’s exam season! I start my exams in the morning 😬 so I thought I’d wish the best of luck to all those about to embark on theirs. I know it’s particularly difficult when you can’t study traditionally - I get brain fog quite often and it’s very frustrating when I’m in the swing of things but I try remember that these are jut minor bumps in the road I can work around. sure my methods aren’t traditional but there just as valid! As my mom likes to say ‘trust yourself, trust what work you have done dont focus on that you didn’t.’

Anyways that’s my dramatic pep talk for the night! I’m off to sleep - a good nights rest can only help! And once again - good luck!!
