Have you ever held onto a grudge before? Maybe someone did something that was completely inexcusable and you vowed never to speak to them again — no matter what. If you have ever held a grudge before, know that it’s OK to forgive and that forgiving the person (even if you don’t actually tell them) is not the same as forgetting what happened. It’s more than OK to take your time in processing your emotions.
We’d like to know how you felt if you ever held a grudge. Did it make you feel angry? Sad? Uneasy? Did you end up avoiding places you’d normally go because you didn’t want to accidentally run into the person with whom you had these feelings toward? Share your experiences with grudges in the comments below.
