Inspiration and hope

I wrote a blog about my life after witnessing suicide. It includes various PTSD triggers I worked through. It discusses bouts of mania and depression associated with bipolar 1 disorder as well as my experience with postpartum psychosis. It ends with my life today which is good and I'm stable. I have heard it gives people inspiration and hope. The link is suicideandptsd.blogspot.com
