I used to think that #Meditation & #Meditativemusic wouldn’t work for me for the longest time. Once I realized how much sleep music actually helped though I went onto YouTube & began looking for the right song for me to help me sleep. It can take me hours to fall asleep due to #Pain #Fibro Turns out on YouTube there are many meditation channels & sleep music channels with all sorts of different music that can help. I found that I like ones with running water or gentle rain however I do not like thunderstorm ones because thunder causes my #Anxiety #PTSD to flare.
