    Thankful

I am reminded with each #Pain , #flare , step that God has set me on this path for a reason.

Got my hair cut today, and now I have #TN shocks going all through my face. Nice. On top of the newly diagnosed fibromyalgia, I've somehow developed plantar fasciitis, and I am headed down the road to most likely another neck surgery in my future. I go to work in pain all the time, most usually with a headache/migraine all day of some sort.

I have this saying displayed in my house, so that it reminds me to #trustgod . Even though I deal with so much, I am always where I am supposed to be....for my benefit or someone else's.

He leads, I trust and follow...and that is what keeps me going though it all.

Today is International Trigeminal Neuralgia Awareness Day!

Today is an important day for so many all around the world. "So many" also includes my twin sister and those of us who support her in her fight with a #RareDisease that causes #ChronicPain .

    Today is also about hope.

We have hope that one day medical professionals from all around the world, working together, will find a #Cure for Trigeminal Neuralgia. Until then, we stay mighty, supporting those we love in this fight.

    Stay strong, Mighty TN Warriors.

    Much love to all TN Warriors and those that support them!💙 #TrigeminalNeuralgia #TN #TrigeminalNeuralgiaType1 #TrigeminalNeuralgiaType2 #RareDisease #ChronicIllness #ChronicPain #fightforacure #tnwarriors

    Clarksville #AFSP

Well, the 14th of September is creeping up.

I remember my 1st #OutOfTheDarknessWalkForSuicidePrevention walk in Portsmouth, NH back in 2011. It was in memory of my sister Katie.

Now on 9/14/19 I am stepping foot into the #TN town of #clarksville where Katie lived & died...only this time I will be speaking as well as walking.

It's easy to anticipate how things will go but I guess I'll never know until the moment.

As I approach this walk, I am walking for Katie, I am walking for my mom & I am walking for you & your loved one.

    #Suicide #SuicidePrevention
