dosage

I’m on a pretty low dose of 20mg cipralex but going up to 40mg I think it’s making me extra anxious. Hope it’s okay to talk about meds here.

Just wanted tips for when it first makes you extra anxious. Or your experience with meds.

If you feel comfortable sharing if you do take meds what dose you are on or what you find helps you even if you don’t take meds, but you don’t want to share that’s perfectly okay

Woooooah I had such a busy day yesterday I’m pretty sure I missed my #Sertraline #dosage. I went to sleep as normal, woke up as normal, went to the gym and realised I was insanely dizzy. I’d eaten enough and drank enough, I also felt sick and had a strange tummy (if you know what I mean 💩) ...and then it hit me! Dammit, I forgot my sertraline last night 😱. I’ve just taken it now about an hour ago, so only missed a day but I was just wondering if anyone else has ever missed one dose and what your experience was? 🥰🥰

Hi I have been on Lyrica for 7 years and I am fed up with all the meds.  I cannot imagine living on them the rest of my life.  My question has anyone ever weaned of it and how did it work for you.  I am on the highest dose I think 300mg twice a day and I don't want to go higher.  Any advice.
