Today was a werid day. With it being #goodfriday my whole routine was off. So today was kind of a boring day. I did get out a little. I don't know why i feel #sad during theses types of holidays. Least it is a sunny and mild day. #TheMighty #MightyTogether #Depression #Anxiety

That verse I've always been carrying with me.
It tells me it's okay to be afraid, anxious, depressed, way too close to death, alone in the middle of darkness, hopeless, not feeling the presence of the God I believe in.

Christians here surely relate to being told mental health issues are not valid since it's supposed to be a lack of faith, truth or spiritual joy.
Well, Jesus has been through this.
He knows what it's like.
He does not judge us.
He's always with us.
Risen to keep us truly alive.
