I've been on this app a lot, always just reading, never posting.
I'm sure I'm not alone, but I joined this app and others like it to try and find distraction from the crazy world that's in between my ears. The place that the bad version of me lives, and he's trying everything to bring me down.
I'm slowly but surely trying to break the patterns of behaviour I've found myself in over the last several decades. I'm just thankful I've found things like this app to keep me stepping forward despite the inner voice trying to drag me back.
I don't know if I will be of any help, but I'm promising to start posting and commenting more in the future. In the shadows is what my head wants and that's got to stop.

I have to believe that God gave us the ability to heal our own bodies. The miracle of healing starts from within. But it will not happen without putting in the work on your mind, body, and spirit.
Mind: Calm your mind and your body will follow biochemically. Bring happiness and get rid of all fear and doubt. Create new neuro pathways and let the old ones die.
Body: Heal any underlying infections, deficiencies, or imbalances and give your body absolute pristine diet. No junk, gluten, sugar and dairy.
Spirit: Build a relationship with our higher power. Call Him whatever you want. I call Him God and His son Jesus was resurrected on this day so that we may have our own resurrection. #HappyEaster #MECFS #ChronicFatigueSyndrome
