Our day of 364 Days of Intensity started with a bang out of bed only to go about the morning routine with a collapse in tears.

You know that thing that you push off. You know that thing that makes you angry. You know that thing you push down.

Recovery ❤️‍🩹 in grief with gratitude 🙏 is often the hardest thing to process or overcome in life. IT doesn’t matter if IT is health related, child related, often IT is Family related.

Our therapist wrote a book 📖 and sometimes the words just rock you to your core. IT hurts in your bones 🦴 that pain hurts.

So we try to ignore IT push IT away bottle IT up. Only to have IT all come flooding out again.

Someone lost someone this year! Ya that be

Someone lost a marriage this year! That be

Someone lost everything this year! True

That someone may be you !!:!!

However you survived! Your important to God! Your not done! Sure some days you may feel done. You know your not done!

There is someone your here for that someone you may have not even met yet. That someone needs you so don’t you dare give up!

You don’t even know what IT is that you have to do. So please be kind to you!

This message rang true for today!

Recovery ❤️‍🩹 is your journey so slow! Just Slow! You will know in your bones when you go.

This year go with the flow of your journey of recovery ❤️‍🩹. No one else can take you through IT.

You can do IT.

I am feeling a lot better and I'm starting to work on projects grieving is hard yes but I know that I'll get through this just like I've gotten through the other obstacles and challenges my whole life #CerebralPalsy #grieve

You don’t always have to be grateful that it isn’t worse. It is more than ok to greive about your own experience without belittling it or comparing it to someone else’s story.
