What NOT to do during #COVID19 Stay at Home Time

Ok, so the last one was what TO do, so I figured I needed to follow it up with a what NOT to do. I know there are several other things I could add to this, but I only have so much space😂😂 You can find Written by Dida on Facebook, too, if you want to share, and I'll put one on Pinterest in a bit, too. Visit the link in my profile for more info, graphics, personal stories, tools, & support. #whatnottodo #pandemic2020 #AloneTogether #quarantine #stayathome #stayhome #writtenbydida #slowthespreadofcovid19 #ChronicIllness #addiction #MentalHealth #relationships #Family #home

#COVID19 Stay Home Guidelines To Share💜

I posted this on my platforms today, so I figured I'd share here for anyone that needs a graphic to share. This is the message I posted with it: To expand on this- watch your children. Even if you've explained to them, and told them 100 times. They don't always see the bigger picture, and may expose themselves without even realizing. Family outings should not be a thing at the moment. Every time you go out, if you drive, you're using gas- which means eventually, you'll need to fill up- adding another stop, potentially exposing more people. When you go out, it's more likely you'll run into something contaminated, or someone who is sick, or a carrier who is not showing any symptoms. You can mostly control your own environment, but outside of your home (that you have disinfected and been practicing all the techniques for keeping the virus out,) there could be any number of things you can touch that someone else may have. If everyone goes, that significantly increases the chance someone will get exposed. That's why only one person needs to be going out, and even then, only when they have to. When they come home, they need to make sure to remove clothes and wash hands before really even coming in the house (or go straight to the bathroom and disinfect it after, along with the path there,) then take a shower, and throw clothes in the wash immediately. That's how you keep from exposing your entire home. Essential employees should also be doing these things to protect their families.
