I’m tired of being fat and ugly and stupid and sad and tired. On the days where I feel okay for a minute (walked my dog in the sun at the park, had a thought depression is mind over matter) it’s sad to know it’s only temporary and I’m about to have a hard, hard crash. I’ve slept most of 3 of my 4 days off and when I get back to work everyone’s gonna say, what’d you do? Was it wonderful?
