Tomorrow I am going to see my doctor about an increase is severity of my bipolar depression. I have been rapid cycling for about 2 months now. I just want to be better. I want to feel good. My highs are so high and my lows are the lowest I have ever experienced. Some days I want to die. But I’m afraid to tell my doctor this.
