Back 20 years ago we were busy being worried that society was going to fall apart, but for a very different reason than our troubles today.

That problem was Y2K.

For those not aware basically back when computers were invented they never thought to include the year 2000 (and up). Well as the year loomed near it was realized this was a bit of an issue. 🤣 Updates and fixes ensued, in the mean time we were worried and uncertain.

I was in grade 11, and I remember not being particularly concerned. I also grew up on a farm and if I’m being honest I usually hedged my bets that if the world did end, us farmers would last longest. 😂
