Are you in Pain? #Takeabreather

I have borrowed this and I have a few more from one of my support groups I belong to for my #TrigeminalNeuralgia (TN)
That's why it says endTN self help in the corner.

I works for many things
If you've been to any therapy courses I'm sure you've done some breathing exercises.

Well it can help with pain too.
Give it a try if you haven't before.
I normally do It when I'm laying down as it is my face that's Hurting, and the muscles relax more and have less tension And I'm not gritting my teeth then in pain 😖

I know depression is hard, people just don’t understand how we feel, don’t worry about them, let’s start with ourselves, make a daily goal, it doesn’t have to be the biggest thing on earth, finish your daily goal and feel proud of it... there’s a lot for us with depression to be proud of! Self motivation from us to us!! #Tryit love you people!!
