What are you watching on TV right now?

I admit it. I'm a bit overly obsessed with TV. It's my favorite distraction from a world that often feels overwhelming and unsafe to me. And that certainly has become even more true over the past two and a half years.

My general go to tends to be documentary and true crime. Very rarely I get into a serial, particularly of the comedy genre. Recent favorites include: the final season of Grace and Frankie, The Staircase, Girls5Eva and The First Lady. Although I'm counting the hours until the release of the next season of Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix. Phil Rosenthal is a giant teddy bear who feels like a big warm hug.

Avatar update, yesterday's TV movie

You may have noticed if you are long enough here, I try to make my avatar matching my real look. And, I must admit hair are getting longer so it was needed. 😄
I'm a tea drinker. I stopped drinking coffee in 2018 as my regular morning drink. I switch to green tea instead and finally start my day my black tea, then drink green tea along the day and in the evening, Roïbos or Camomilla, but not too late, to avoid to rush to the toilets during the night. 😋

Yesterday TV movie, was AD ASTRA starring Brad pitt.it was unkown to me so far and was delighted with it. Being a sci-fi fan for decades, it was quite interesting with a plausible future about space exploration. It was not perfect of course, but that was good.
But the most important aspect of the movie was the psychological story from the main character. It was really interesting and seriously done and I loved it.
So, I would recommend watching the movie if psychology in movie characters is of interest to you.

Warm hug. 💛
