Grateful

I just want to take time to say how thankful I am to make it to 37 weeks pregnant! Due to having EDS, I was expecting to have a preterm baby(as I have in the past) but my little girl has made it to “term” and looks like she might make it to full term! I can't wait till she is here and in my arms.

In terms of my chronic illness its been a rough ride (though a textbook healthy pregnancy ) but its almost over and the joy of being a mamma again is about to begin. Thankful to God and all my loves ones who have supported me through it all!!!

Pain is a mother....you know.

I am going on week 5 with the same migraine. The intensity of pain lessens at times but never completely dissipates. I've had migraines since I was 14 (I'm 58), and early on I had doctors tell me that they will end once I go through my change. Went through menopause 8 years ago and the migraines have only gotten worse. They can last anywhere from a couple of days to 3 months. Typical migraine medicines do not work for me. I am currently on Ketorolac which helps with the intensity.

I feel miserable, but I keep on going.

Thanks for 'listening'.

Peace

Who uses Online therapy fulltime? (Not just during quarentine) Have you found it helpful?

I'm looking into starting therapy with Better Help, Faithful Couseling, Regain, Talkspace, etc.
What website/company did you go through? Have you found it helpful? What are the pros and cons? ##Anxiety #Depression #ChronicPain #migrains
