Has anyone had shockwave therapy for stubborn plantar fasciitis? Or surgery or cortisone? Doesn’t seem to be a lot of solid evidence to support their use but it’s been recommended to me.
I would do anything to use my feet more but there are costs and risks I’m concerned about...
After having been in remission for more than 6 months I had my first flare... I went to my reumathologist and and had an IV, tens on my feet for Plantar Facitiis and an infiltration in my ribs due to cartilage inflammation...
