Just got horrible realization after being triggered. Like reality set in of some horrible news I basically dissociated myself from two weeks ago. I just don’t want to do this anymore. I would rather not burden anyone with my presence. I’m a walking toxin. #CheckingIn #Diagnosis #prognosis #BPD
