It seems that all I’ve chosen since my divorce and preceding rare autoimmune disease diagnosis are long distance relationships (3 states away minimum). I don’t know why I keep doing this because it leaves me feeling lonely the majority of the time. any suggestions or thoughts? #Loneliness #longdistance #strengthinvulnerability

It’s nice being a part of a community where I can express my mental health struggles. Lately I’ve been feeling like I have no one to talk to. I’m strong on surface but on the inside it really hurts. At one point in time, I was lost. So lost that I broke into pieces, nowhere to be found. But over time with support, strength, and conviction, I regained myself. Though the struggle took away important years of my life, I am happy I have found the true "me".
