I hate having chronic Fatigue...like it's just so hard not feeling awake and always feeling tired ...it has stopped me from getting my licence and having a job amongst other reasons,but it's just so unfair

Hello dear Mighties! Last year my beloved cat Tuchka passed away...I still miss her desperately. However, life goes on, many animals are homeless, and I was persuaded to take a small black kitten) I named her Ooga( Oogalek - a small piece of coal). Has anyone else done occupational therapy for hEDS, chronic fatigue, or migraines? How did it go? What kinds of things did you do? I got a referral from my sports medicine doc and I'm feeling hopeful about it. After a scary episode while out and about the other day (which I think might have been migraine prodrome symptoms), I really need that hope.

I had a total crap Sunday. Slept from 6 pm until 7 am this morning. Only woke up bc the wife made breakfast before she went to work. I hate that she does everything and I get one day a week where I feel like I have contributed something around the house/yard. I am extremely tired and frustrated. Due to my chronic illness and disability i had to drop out of university and i moved back to my parents. All the people i used to know moved away or i lost touch with them. I don’t have any friends anymore but it’s also quite difficult to meet new ones. I have really bad fatigue and can’t leave the house much. Any ideas and suggestions?
