Catameninal Epilepsy #FlareUps #cramps #episodes #heatingpad #Advice

So I was diagnosed with catamenial epilepsy three years ago after having seizure like episodes around my period. However, I wanted to know if anyone else had severe pain and partial blackouts during this time as well?

I’d have these flare ups ( light/food sensitivities , joint pain and GERD) that are so frequent in between it worries me sometimes.

If anyone with catamenial epilepsy has these symptoms too please like this or comment so I know I’m not alone.

Does anyone else feel like they can never eat even when they’re hungry?

I have anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. I’m a human being and I have to eat, but every time I’m hungry or I need to eat, my body refuses. My gag reflex kicks in and my stomach hurts more than it did before. I feel like I’m unable to have proper meals and I don’t know what’s causing it. Anything would be helpful because I feel like I’m suffering. I mean, I’m not entirely happy with my body and sometimes the refusal to eat is my own but I don’t know how to get past this. #Anxiety #foodsensitivies

#FoodAllergies We are WAY past HANGRY here people!

So, being someone who lives an almost unwillingly vegan life-style because of #FoodAllergies or #foodsensitivies . And I do mean ALMOST UNWILLINGLY! I have come up with very shall we say unique coping skills.
1. Demand that family members eat said food slowly in front of you...but they must only enjoy it to a certain degree, after that it's not cool.
2. Curse everyone under my breath and out loud, "Curse you normal functioning body people. Getting to eat all you want. UGH! You DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO APPRECIATE IT!"
3. Crack insane jokes like the ones above to lighten the mood and stress surrounding #FoodAllergies
