I woke up this morning wondering how people motivate themselves to get out of bed, get off the couch, and keep going. One thing that helps me is sticking to the routine I created when I was feeling better. My dog helps me stay on track, since I have to get dressed to take him out, etc.
I recently found out I have fibromyalgia. Today my pain is better than it's been in a long time but my depression is worse. It seems like a vicious cycle, where one leads to the other. I have hope that I will get better at managing my fibro so I can end this cycle, but right now it's difficult.
