Even in the darkest places, if we look hard enough, HOPE can be found.
I know life can seem so dark at times. Once you start seeing that darkness it can follow you and all you seem to see is that dark.
But if you just lift your head and open your eyes, you can find that light.
A child that smiles at you, a butterfly or a dogs happy barks to see you. Even the sun shining just right. Search for those things. Don't get drawn into that darkness. Joy in the little things can keep you going. Search.
