Names of your medicine. My three are: Good: #thyroxine Bad: #Cyclophosphamide Ugly: the one and only #Prednisolone

What would be your three drugs as the good, the bad and the ugly?

How much have you ventured out into the real world after #shielding ?

I’ve been shielding for months. And other than dog walks have not been anywhere. I am nervous to return to the real world.

What have you been doing and did it feel safe?

Pregnancy and prednisolone

Hey!
First, I hope you are all well during this strange and stressful time. 🤞🏻❤️

I wondered if any of you have experience taking prednisolone during a pregnancy or if anyone had a termination while taling the steroid?

I'm on a high dose of prednisolone and need to find out how this can effect me but my doctors don't seem to be able to give me any answers so i don't know what the safest option is at this time.

Im so scared and confused. If you have any input I'd be so grateful. #Prednisolone #pregnancysupport #ChronicIllness

Prednisolone, MOON FACE

Does anyone know how long it takes to get rid of moon face? I’ve been off prednisolone for about 5 months and it seems like I still have a moon face and I am so insecure about it :( #UlcerativeColitis #coloitis #Prednisolone #Medication

Ideas for a stay at home date #ChronicIllness

We were only a new relationship a few months before I got ill, we used to go out for drinks til late, carefree..
He just turned 23 last month I'm 27. We just did whatever we felt like.
Now.. we sometimes go out to eat or go for a small walk on the weekend and I haven't had an actual night out for months. If we stay in, we watch films or documentaries.... He must be bored by now, there must be something else a bit more fun that we can do? Do you have any ideas?

I have inflammation in my brain stem. And so I have problems with any kind of movement, dizziness, tiredness, thought processes.... The list goes on. Not to mention the self loathing from the disgusting steroid side effects.
It's just not fair, he didn't sign up for this mess.

Has anyone experienced undissolved mesalasine in their bowel movements?

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at the start of December and have been on prednisolone since then and started 5asa (oral granules) half way through December. About a week after started I started seeing the granules come out in my bowel movements. Since then the pain that has started to decrease, began increasing again. Does this mean the mesalasine isn’t working? What are your experiences ?#UlcerativeColitis #InflammatoryBowelDiseaseIBD #CrohnsDisease #Prednisone #Prednisolone
