    #tempertantrum #Upset #exhausted #Hardwork #needToRelax 😞😢😒

    Yesterday my sister dropped off a big piece of wood for my #hermit crabs to climb & perch themselves on. Was a very tough job I spent like 3 hrs. stuffing shells into the smaller spaces in it cuz one of the crabs got stuck when I first put it in the way it was. The shells had to be packed tightly against the wood & eachother so they wouldn't fall when the crabs climbed on them. They kept breaking thru over & over when I'd apply pressure to #test them.....got my temper up(frustration)& I got all upset & now I'm left exhausted & #hurting #bad again.(#temper - upsets especially make my #Fibromyaliga #Pain way worse. I meant to get to my msgs earlier. I woke way late & then did this & I'm too #Upset & exhausted https://now.i I need to be still & to listen to #Music & #unwind . I'll get to your msg's, dear #Friends & #mightywarriors ......soon as I can. {Sending ((((((HUGS)))))) & Lots of #Love 💗💕💕💕💕🙋

    I have been taking #Savella for about nine years. It has helped me more than I knew until I began a reduced dose. (With doctor) Beginning on day 3 or 4, can’t recall, a headache hit, hard and all over my head. it became a #Migraine or was a precursor to one and I haven’t had one in years. I have also been so #Fatigued, and that’s when I get so #angry. things just fly all over me. okay. I wrote this instead of throwing a fit. which I don’t know what that would look like since I gave up losing my #temper in 1975. I’m sure it would scare my #dog whose heartbeat is the only other one living here. I am reducing the dosage to #Save$$. I am doing better.
