Thoughts that Control

How do I put into words what my thoughts bring to me? There were times were my therapist in the past would tell me that all feelings come from thoughts.

But what if what you're feeling can inspire what you are thinking instead? Humm.

Today I thought about my memorial day weekend. Yesterday was good because I went food shopping. It was amazing because I did not "freak out" at the store. Usually I order my groceries and pick them up, but otherwise when I go with someone to grocery shop I do not feel bad. What did you guys do over the weekend???

#trouble recovering my energy#

I had a family member visit from December 25 to the 28th. Since then I feel like I've been hit by a truck. I'm just so tired, no energy and I feel guilty for doing nothing so I can get back some energy to get out a bit to do errands. It depresses me to think that every time I do something.like grocery shopping or general errands that it takes me two days to recover. This time its taking me longer. Can anyone relate to this a d do you have any suggestions on how to manage this?

I'm having a real hard time today. I'm tired of tv. My roommate doesnt do anything except watch the COVID news 24/7. I'm very lonely. If the hospital's werent overcrowded, I would take myself there. I just have alot to talk about.

I was diagnosed Borderline personality while in the hospital 2 weeks ago... now I’m having a hard time identifying as #Bipolar . everything seems off....
