Pains bad. I haven't been resting enuf today. Need to shut off my phone for the night & lie down try get rest & sleep. I have found, with this "whatever"-illness they've called "fibromyalgia", &/or "chronic wide-spread pain", that getting enuf descent rest & sleep makes a GIGANTIC difference. In the pain-level I've got to endure tomorrow. 💤💤💤💛✌💌

This the first #Christmas without my cat (ive had 3 - 2 were great. )I'm alone. Now. Loved them very very much. Can't think of them w/o being sad, so I'll try not to. My sister visited bout a week ago for the Holidays. Brought lights for my tree(baby tree) & we exchanged gifts. (I'm waiting till Christmas Eve to open any. And I'm expecting my good friend & CPS (Certified Peer Specialist- which is how we met). There's Love in my Holiday. More than I expected for this year. So. Gracie & Zimba (the names of the 2 great cats I miss so....please - let me think of the Good Things that Are here Now. Thanks. I'm Grateful for Every Good Thing I have to be Happy about, even if I can't quite "feel" the joy, (depression & chronic pain.) Sending Love out to you All. May your Holidays be filled with LovE & Peace. As may mine. 🙋
