Grief for me isn’t a straight line—it comes in waves, sometimes crashing when I least expect it. Some days feel okay, then suddenly the pain hits all over again. I’m learning to ride the ups and downs and be patient with myself through it. 💙

I never thought i would be where i am today my abuse may have ended 12 years ago but the effects i will live with for the rest of my life iv attempted suicide many times iv been an inpatient at a mental healt unit this year it was like i had a spiritual awakening and honestly its the best feeling if i can get there you can Dont Give Up Ever !!!!
