I’m having a really bad pain day. I took my daughter to her therapy and I usually wait in the car. I lay down on her waiting room floor in agony. Right arm and right leg. It sucks. Don’t tell me to buck up or cheer up I just want sympathy
Wanting to know if anyone gets these. Orginally I use to get these muscle spasms that I think are in my arms or legs. Now in my #hands as well
They are extremely #painful and tend to happen when I am extremely tired, hadn’t slept or needing sleep.
Now they seem to be happening more frequently and violently. I may be on the couch watching tv and all of a sudden my body will violently #Jerk . I may be holding my cell phone and it flies out of my hands (this happens often).
After it happens I’m wide awake because it is extremely painful.
It reminds me of like when you #fall #asleep and you dream that you fall. You wake up because your #body jerks but it is normally not painful.
It’s not the same as when you get a #Muscle spasm in your #back or #legs it’s more like the #whole #body #spasms . Does anyone understand what I’m talking about??? Or get this feeling? Thank you #Gentlehugs #warriors

I am in the worst flare up of my life, codeine or cocodamol is not working, it feels like when i take it the pain increases dramatically to push past the medication or something, any things anyone has tried that provides relief asap? , I haven't slept in three days and am seeing vivid hullucinations and SEVERE mood and personality changes, i use ice packs, cold showers, hot water bottles, i cant use the tens machine anymore as instead of helping it sends off pain signals 20/10. Preferably on amazon or ebay but willing to try anything at this point. Suggestions please, my gp got my bloods back said nothing there is causing it so said neurology will be contacted any my appointment soon. So, I got up at six, showered got dressed prepared breakfast and lunch and sent the three little ones off to school (yay for in building learning- so important especially for special Ed) went to the oncologist, waited forever and got a “ see you next year” I got home, got groceries and prepared dinner(baked chicken) now I need to pick up in fifteen minutes. My legs are absolutely throbbing. It’s insane Idk what to do about these achy legs- and the doc wants me to go back to work (ha ha- not before 3 months heck no) thanks for listening

it frustrates me to try to get sleep my legs won’t settle. I keep moving most of the time all day. when I stop moving the pain is resentless. I even get my chocolate labs to lay across them . #legs settle
