Anxiety breathing issues??

Has anyone ever had an issue with their breathing while having mild anxiety like every day?? I feel like I can’t take a complete breath in but breathing out is okay. I just don’t know what to do about it since my doctor thinks it’s because of my aderal being too high. She lowered my dosage a bit but I’m still having the issue… #Anxiety #breathingproblems

Amy of you stop breathing at night?

It happened a few times and it's very stressful. I suddenly wake up in the middle of the night to breath in. It happens on the extra flexible days, only when I sleep on my back. After these few times I figgured that my jaw relaxes too much and constricts my airways. My traumatomogist and my dentist were perplexed and didn't know what to suggest. I sleep with a mouthguard to not clench my jaw too much (otherwise muscles hurt so bad!). Any of you experience something similar?

I think I have lost the plot

after being diagnosed with lupus in 2019 I kind of went numb given I had fibro already. lo and behold I then developed tinnitus and one can see my cartoid artery pulsating like a drum my ears pick all the whoosh and beating sound. as if I don't have enough problems I got a cold and the complication needed me to use my cpap machine. I have bad sleep oxygen issues, please someone give me hope and help. lack of oxygen headaches are horrible. I am not ready to die yet. #Fibromyalgia #Lupus #breathingproblems

Would a mask help me? #breathingproblems

I have something weird going on with my breathing. Possibly asthma, but it’s unconfirmed.

With perfumes and air fresheners, my chest gets tight and I feel short of breath. Unfortunately other students in my school like to spray perfume and when i asked one girl if she could spray that outside of the room so I can breathe, she said no and then sprayed it on my face.

Cold air is also a trigger, but I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done.

I carry around an inhaler, and it relieves my symptoms, but I can only take so many doses of it in a day. #Undiagnosed

Does CRPS eventually kill you? #breathingproblems #ComplexRegionalPainSyndrome #ChronicPain

I’ve recently developed the ol’ “can’t catch my breath” symptom of CRPS. Originally, I thought it was the air quality, or dog allergies, but a small voice in my head considered my disease a factor. I went to my doctor, and he said I was getting enough oxygen, and my breathing sounds fine. He said it was probably withdrawal symptoms from lowering my doses (a day or two before the breathing issue started, I had lowered my painkillers by half).

He gave me anti-anxiety pills, and said to not lower my dose without a doctors help. But come to find out, CRPS is commonly related to this breathing...

What’s the best medication for an anxiety sufferers who’s biggest side effect is not breathing properly?

Nothing even triggers my anxiety anymore but it will just appear in waves of shortness of breathe or really struggling to breathe and feeling heaviness in the top part of my chest. I’ve never had medication before but I’ve undergone so much therapy that I now feel hopeless and that I should try medication. Any suggestions will be helpful thank you! #Anxiety #Breathe #breathingproblems #AnxietyMedication
