I recently had a bad flare up and still not 100%. I'm at the gym today and taking it easy, like the pool area cause I'm scared. My doctor recommended physical therapy for my bad knees, lidocaine patches and Diclofenac gel and some pain killers. I'm really scared of it getting worse or happening again. Any suggestions? Thank you

Where I am, in southeastern Massachusetts, USA- it's dreary and rainy and the perfect day for a #fibro-flare necessitating nap.
As I sit here writing this; it is my sincerest wish to nap....
But (*gasp*) it is not to be... because I opened my stupid mouth to my in-laws and invited them to dinner tonight.

No, it doesn't feel like an obligation to host dinner, just feels like a lot of a thing that I haven't got the energy for.
I'm choosing to swallow it today; two extra cups of coffee oughta do it!
Screw you flare! I'll deal with you tomorrow!

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read. I am really struggling with keeping a fibro flare at bay right now. I’m trying to sleep more because my body is begging me to. But I don’t have anything to help with pain. I am unable to take pain medication. I’m wondering if anyone has any natural pain relievers that have helped them? I thought I would paint a colorful 🐎 Horse. Very painful day today. My knee has been so painful. Had X-Ray and I have Degenerative Joint Disease. Plus I have to strengthen my hamstring by stretching. Really? I am too painful for that. I can barely walk. So I figured out that I could sit and do some stretching. Yikes!😳😒
Having a severe fibromyalgia flare. Hurting so bad. Have not slept in almost 2 days. Having severe GI flare. I’m laying in bed w heating pads, massage gun, acupuncture matt, meditation playing into my earphones.
I need some love please. I’m hurting so badly. Need this pain to calm down.
When I do not sleep from pain
It makes me feel crazy. Plus all of my chronic pain is so much worse.
Has anyone heard of an online support group? Or is there someone I can talk with.
Idk if the Mighty has human to human calling.

I love seeing these amazing birds on our lake. It is so relaxing watching them. I also love watching the backyard birds while sitting out on my deck having my morning coffee. 🐦🐿🌻
