Hello! I'm new here and really glad I found this. I'm really struggling due to constant stress. I can be manic and then an hour later I'm completely down. I don't have much of a support system. It's just my husband and I living in Ohio. I have always been a private, untrusting person so I don't talk or share. But I need to learn to trust and share. My husband gave me an ultimatum in 2016 to go to the Dr or get divorced. I knew something was wrong but I didn't expect bipolar. My husband kept telling me to stop using bipolar as an excuse and refused to learn anything about it. Until 2 months ago when I went into psychosis and he recorded everything. So now every thing is my fault. At least that's how it feels. I won't share the horrible names he calls me on a daily basis. I'm on disability and I feel like I'm stuck in a loveless marriage. I'm sorry for this long post. I just need to let some things out.

#PseudotumorCerebri . I was diagnosed a month ago and boy has it been miserable. However they didn’t exactly tell me what it is just that fluid builds up creating pressure. One if my friends says it’s like having a brain tumor without the tumor. Which I can believe. So can someone explain what this is to me please.
Hi. My name is Brandy. I’m 43, and currently live in Phoenix, Az. Today & tonight we had/have a series of rain and wind storms rolling in and out. I suffer from a slew of medical conditions including Arthritis, Bursitis, Fibromyalgia, Pseudotumor Cerebri, Chronic Pain, Ankylosing Spondylitis, spinal issues, and the list just keeps going! I did semi okay during the day today. Did a lot of snoozing’ with my puppy. But as more and more storms come through my pain levels are skyrocketing! I’ve already taken my pain meds, anti-inflammatories, anxiety, and other meds that help me. I’ve done the heating pad thing, the stretching thing, and tried watching TikTok and YouTube to distract my brain from my soaring pain levels. What ideas do you have to help deter my brain until I can get comfortable enough to fall asleep? Thanks in advance!
Any other avid readers lose the ability to read books because your brain can't focus, create mental images, or, some days, even read a sentence? It's driving me crazy.

So I have my first appointment with a neuropthemolegist (still can’t spell sorry) next Thursday and I’m not sure what to expect. I’m quite nervous and would love to hear about other’s experiences to quell some of my anxiety. The one thing I have heard about this particular doctor is that she is very thorough and the appointment will probably take like 3 hours so... any advice is greatly appreciated!
