Litter Art I is at it again #litter #recycle #haven 't a clue #bower bird

This lamp is made from bits I put together from my litter pick hauls. I hope to add more rubbish to it soon. I put the pic through a photo app to energise the banal background that is my landing. I guess I'm doing this as a distraction or it could well be a misplaced male courting ritual (please see the bower bird as way of some explanation) 😳 🙄 🤓 🛋 🙂

So Many Pill Bottles! #recycle #reuse #pillbottles

Does anyone have an idea for getting rid of empty pill bottles? They cannot be recycled (in my city at least) and it drives me nuts because I go through approx a half dozen per month and it seems like someone ought to be able to make use of them. I already have to clean my name and Rx info off before I can throw them away so providing freshly washed, reusable pill bottles to a nonprofit that can utilize them in some way or pass them to where there is need seems like a obvious plan. I'm posting here first because I thought others might have had the same issue and solved it. But if this doesn't work I guess I will try social networks. So if you have a real solution, please let me know asap. I already have a bag off empties saved, waiting to be cleaned up, and looking for a purpose!

Does anyone else absolutely HATE sorting their medications out into pill boxes for the week?

There is absolutely NOTHING that I hate doing more than having to pop out all of my pills to put in my twice-daily dispensers for the following week.

NOT including Paracetamol and Naproxen, I take 280 tablets A WEEK. 40 tablets A DAY.

They control;

My heart rate.
My blood pressure.
My allergies.
My blood sugar.
My anaemia.
My nausea.
My depression.
And... How much I pee.

I also take a low dose antibiotic every day. And the rest are various forms of painkillers. Antispasmodics, nerve pain relievers, anti inflammatories, migraine relievers... And others I really can’t be bothered to name.

It’s a lot. And I hate it. But these are what keep my body functioning semi-normally on a day to day basis. I hate this laborious task.

There’s something else that I’ve come to hate even more. And that’s when asshole drug companies waste so much packaging on a few small pills. Is this REALLY necessary? I’m just thankful that the pharmacy I use regularly is now recycling empty medication strips.

Recycling love after a storm

After we shine from being tucked in the dark nooks and crannies of #Depression we are able to learn to love ourselves once again in the light; this leads to us to build stronger relationships with #Gratitude . In return others give us more love from our positive energy. Their love encourages our #Selflove once again and it’s a cycle of give love, be #Love. #recycle #Relationships #growth #happy

Going Green

I am taking a plastic Bag with me when I go on my daily walk. Then when I see garbage I can pick it up. Every day is #earth Day I #recycle everything I can.
