When we interact or build relationships with others, we may not always know the impact or influence we have on them, but this doesn’t mean we're not having any impact at all! From our personalities, encouraging words and actions, and even our skills and talents, we impact people in different ways.
What impact do you wish to have on others?

Let's share our greatest accomplishments today, shall we Mighties!? Think about the moments where you look back and say, "I really did that!" These can be times when you overcame a challenge, persevered, got a degree, achieved a health goal, decided to do something that benefited you, or got out of your comfort zone.
Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks accomplishments are when she graduated from college with honors, when she hosted her first event, and when she began to volunteer her time to talk with grade school students about the importance of mental health.

No matter what part of your life is affected, feeling stuck can be tough, especially when you don't know what's coming next or how to move forward. Learning how to identify when and why you're feeling stuck can be the first step to overcoming it.
Let's share our own experiences today. When was the last time you felt stuck? What emotions came up? How did you overcome it?
Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks felt stuck after realizing she had been putting too much time and energy into something that was draining her mental health. She’s learning that she doesn’t have to do everything for everyone and that it’s OK to set firmer boundaries while prioritizing her own needs.

Hi Mighties!
A new week means a new theme, and the topic for this week is 💫 inspiration 💫.
In its simplest definition, to inspire is to spark or create a feeling of confidence, motivation, or desire to do something. Inspiration can come from many different places, such as art, the environment, other people, books, and music, and can influence a myriad of ideas, both new and old.
Today, let's share who and what inspires us to keep moving forward.
Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks says that her dogs, family, and passions inspire her to keep going.
What about you? 👀

The way we communicate, engage, and connect with ourselves—how we relate to our thoughts and process our experiences through inner dialogue—is all part of our self-talk. Whether positive, negative, or neutral, it can influence and affect how we perceive ourselves, navigate challenges, and move through the world.
I’ve struggled with negative self-talk for a long time, especially in how I interpret difficult experiences and respond to mental health triggers. I often catastrophize, sometimes unknowingly, because it feels safer to anticipate the worst than to be caught off guard. I’m also very hard on myself when I make mistakes or don’t meet perceived expectations.
Since entering recovery a few years ago, I’ve been learning how to be kinder to myself. Using neutral and self-soothing affirmations has helped me cope with cycles of depression, anxiety, and panic. It takes a lot of intentional effort, and sometimes it still feels unnatural after years of being so self-critical, but I’ve come a long—and I know I’m in a much better place than I was in my teen years.
Do you struggle with negative self-talk? How do you manage or cope with it? What has helped you?

Familial relationships can be complex, even more so for those of us who have experienced some level of trauma/abuse, or who have set boundaries with our immediate or extended biological families for a variety of reasons. Thankfully, this doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t create a family of our own.
A "found family" (also called a "chosen family") is a family we create ourselves with people we meet who help us to feel safe, protected, and loved.
Do you have a "found family?" Tell us about them. What makes your relationships with them great?
