When you live with a mental and/or physical health condition, it can be tough to seek adventure outside of your home… but that doesn’t have to stop you from fulfilling your sense of adventure entirely. 💭🤔

Captured the last of the sun shining through my mango and plumeria trees yesterday. Thought this looked kind of interesting. In all honesty, I'm experiencing a bit of burnout. Working in #Caregiving and maintaining a household/family/relationship when you struggle with high #Anxiety #Depression and the effects of #ComplexPosttraumaticStressDisorder can be really difficult.
