A Tension Ritual (Little Lift #2)
Yesterday felt tight.
Not dramatic—just… held.
You know that feeling when your jaw clenches and you don’t even notice until hours later? That was me.
I did this:
✨ 2 drops Lavender
✨ 1 drop Marjoram
✨ 1 drop Frankincense
In a warm bath (mixed first with jojoba or milk—never straight into water),
or in the diffuser while I massaged my shoulders.
The goal wasn’t to fix it. Just to soften it.
