My husband and I both suffer from PTSD. His is from over 25 years as a first responder. My PTSD is from 20 years in the military and my years as a Firefighter/EMT and a Deputy Sheriff. When I am having a rough day and I try to reach out to him, I am met with resistance. He always tells me he is having a bad day and he is broken and why can’t I give him the chance to heal. I’m not sure what to do. Does anyone else experience this?
