After a bunch of steroid shots in my neck and trap muscles, I’m finally starting to loosen up the gigantic knot that’s made me miserable for a week. I’m hoping I can keep it going out the door with lots of small gentle stretches, Dead Sea salt compresses, and rest.
Not sure what fired it up (are we ever really sure?) but holy cow, I got reacquainted with sharp nerve pain. It’s an uninvited guest lol. #Fibromyalgia #triggerpointinjections #Osteoarthritis
