Some think just because you “look” okay or happy means that you are.....just because we put on makeup and clothes and present ourselves to the world doesn’t mean we aren’t crumbling inside with over baring thoughts and emotions that we trapped in your body and the only way out is to rip it out of you. Or just because we smile and make jokes doesn’t mean we aren’t compensating for some dark misery we feel within us. Depression, bi polar, suicidal thoughts don’t have a face. You can’t “just tell” somebody is depressed because I think we all are good at putting on a mask and creating superficial fronts but underneath it all lay the truth. #Youhastagit
