My friend committed suicide 3 days ago drank her self to death
Today she was codemed she was dead. And her body be donated to others.
She loved going outside and shopping she loved being with people but never called to say I needed someone now
Depression is a curel doubled sword. All we can is fight for our right to be happy.
So be aware and be self-aware that asking for help is better then the ending opportunity
Life gets better you just gotta work on your self too

I just had a date and today had to tell him about my depression ptsd anxtity and a little bit what happened it was the hardest thing I have ever done.
I really like the guy because of small my scares from the past I couldn't just do the deed or even think about it right away
I was ready but my mind was complicating weather it was right or wrong I feel as if he won't message me back after this
I have problems in the past were a guy told me I wasn't good enough or I wasn't a great person. But these scares from my past stop me from what I love to do #CPTSD

When you finally tell the truth of your struggles in a relationship. Finding time to sit your friends and family around and finally explain what had happen in your relationship you kept seceret for so long. Holding back for 9 years even giving a hall pass at 7 years to do as they please in hopes to mend a relationship. Always being put down and around a negative. Energy person when your so positive that you give up on all hopes and dreams.

Sunlight theripy is the most important thing to do in this time it could be 3-5 minutes to do or my it what makes you feel great and 😊 no matter how sad you may feel. Remeber to take a few minutes out of your day to do self-care ❤.

Driving up to Olympic Peninsula we in the winter cold but Deffenly worth coming. Lots of great places to go there's even a gamefarm and you can feed all the herbivores wheat bread and see the big cats up in the luxury of your own 🚗. . Lots of great hiking trails and driving around forks wa. They even have the best waterfall. For photographers or even the newbies to snap some great 📷 .There's even great cabins to stay in #glamping -glamorous camping if you don't like laying in a tent or an airB&B.
Deffenly go to the Olympic camp grounds for some great hiking spots &a great picnic place to go.
Don't forget if you do come in the winter bring lots of warm blankets if you wish to 🗻🌅⛲⚓⛵🚤🚣📷📷
