If you are a kpop fan or even just a music fan, I recommend listening to You Never Know by Blackpink. It genuinely sounds like an anthem for people with chronic illnesses/disabilities. It really reminded me of the last good days I had back three years ago. It's such an amazing song in general but it sounds like the feelings you feel after a truly devastating life event like getting sick forever.

I've been going through a really severe depressive episode for more than two weeks now. I do think it's getting a bit better thankfully but do you guys have any tips on how I can make myself feel a bit emotionally better? What do you guys do to feel better on depressive episodes?
